CONDITION:
Slight stain upper left corner, a few staple holes and two file holes, normal letter folds, pencil writing on back,  it in good condition.  Approximate size is
8 1/2" X 4 3/4"
in size.
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
