**1938-1948 Flathead Ford/Mercury V8 Aluminum HEADS SHARP. *Very Nice Pair Sharp Aluminum Finned Heads. *Two small fins broken. *Has chip on side (see pics). *Fits early Flatheads 24 stud. *PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. *These heads appear to have been modified or over surfaced too much. *They appear to be very high compression. *There is very little combustion chamber. *Believe they are for Racing Flathead. *There is no deterioration around water ports. *There are comp ratio #8.5 above the SHARP lettering on front. *Spark plug threads are good.
