This is a 1973-76 Triumph TR6 wide port  cylinder head for CF engines. It measures 90.170 mm or 3.5500 inches. Stanpart headstamp # 312388 with casting #218227 .It is a beauty. I think it was run very,very little after the engine was rebuilt , run a short time and the previous owner decided to go V8..It is complete takeoff ready to bolt back on and go. It is clean and nice as can be, top,bottom,inside and outside.Check out the manifold studs and nuts. Fairly fresh. Includes a fairly new heater valve.   Because of the weight, overseas shipping probably will be quite expensive.  Although, if you can figure out an overseas shipping option that works for you, I will gladly accommodate
