Description
1. DescriptionThis 3G SDI RX BOX are fiber optic serial digital video transmission units that offer the industry's broadest range of digital rates 3Gbps bandwidth while maintaining the signal quality that broadcasters demand.
The receiver unit reconverts the uncompressed signal back to BNC and HDMI output.
The receiver modules include LED indicators to display Power On, SDI signal presence and optical fiber presence. The unit use DC-5V power supply

5. Installation
Connect the provided DC power supplies to the power socket of the transmitter and receiver
Connect SDI cable between the SDI video source and the transmitter BNC input
Connect SDI cable between the receiver BNC output and the SDI video monitor or SDI DVR
Connect ST fiber between the transmitter and the receiver ST Receptacle
6. Notes
A. No video output and some one of the three LEDs not lighted

B. There is video display, but video flash

this issue happens often when the ST end face is dirty
For long range application, please check the fiber transfer link-budget, if it is too long, the received optical signal is very weak, and may be out of receiver reclocker capacity and fail to recover the useful signals
