Introduction:
This Fixed plate is for aerial yoga, hanging tension belt accessories, installed on the ceiling or opening, you can use the aerial yoga or hanging tension belt hanging on it!
Installation:
1. Place the fixed plate on the ceiling or opening that needs to be punched, and mark the location of the hole with a pencil to determine the location of the punch.
2. Prepare electric drills and drill bits. Since the fixed plate is equipped with M10x100 expansion screws, it is necessary to use M14 drill bits to make holes.
3. After the hole is punched, insert the expansion screw into the punched hole.
4. Put the fixing plate on the exposed top of the expansion screw and screw on the screw.
5. Tighten the screws to fix the fixing plate and install it.
