These cello bags with a white header are a "4x4" bag, but the ^interior measurements are 3 7/8 x 3 7/8.
These bags come from a manufacturer that has a decorative seal on the edge that looks similar to perforations, or stitching (see second photo). This cuts in to the 4x4 size.
A hang tab on these cello bags allow you to hang the bags directly from pegs or merchandising displays, which are great for trade shows. These are crystal clear, resealable cello bags for packaging. These have a self adhesive strip on the lip of the bag, located on the bottom of the bag. Peel off the strip, and fold it over to the body of the bag to seal the contents.
Each bag measures 4x4 inches on the outside of the bag and is 1.2 mil thick. Additionally, the hang tag is 15/16th tall. They're perfect for small item packaging like make up, hair bows, craft items, samples, or small jewelry - for storage, or for safe, clean packaging.
