E88 pro stock plus rebuilt cylinder head.
If your 240z or 260z is starting to give you problems such as back fires, hard starts, dieseling or over heating its most likely a bad cylinder head. Over the years valves and the seat lose the seal due carbon build up or dirt entering the intake. This causes loss of compression causing hard starts. Back fires or pre ignition due to exhuast gases leaking. Over heating or diseling due to blocked water ports.
The cylinder head is where the power is made. Quick reference is to look at nascar and formula 1. These engines produce over 100 hp per cylinder naturally aspirated. Even crazier is nascar uses 100 year technology only allowing 2 valves per cylinder and a push rod valve train.
240z 260z Pro Stock Series Plus Cylinder Head.  This cylinder head comes with refurbished 280z valves with a 45 and 27 degree cut. The valve seats have been replaced to accommodate the bigger valves. The valves seats are cut at 75, 60, 45, 30 to increase flow. The intake ports have been lighly polished to reduce fuel and carbon buildup. This allows for quick starts even on the coldest of mornings and helps the bigger intake valves breath better.
Comes with cam towers and shims.
No rocker arms or clips.

The cylinder head has had its water ports welded which has added aluminum material back to the head where electrolysis has removed material. Due to previous surfacing, this last surfacing only removed. 005" in order to preserve height. The surface has some pitting due to electrolysis but isnt next to the fire ring and the gasket will seal it. It is more important to have a the right height vs minimal pitting.
Comes with a one year warranty.
