Please email with any questions. Lot of three unused gummed paper labels 3 3/8" by 4 3/8". Labels would have been applied to bottles of "ointment for the scab in sheep" prepared by Cary Cocks & Roper from their apothecary at Man of Ross House (34 & 35 High Street) in Ross-On-Wye, England. The labels date 1850- 1868 which is the time period for the partnership of Cocks and Roper. 35 High Street was sold to a printer named Benjamin Powle who very likely printed these labels. All three in great condition and would be very cool framed or applied to the side of an antique bottle.
