    Description

    30 pages from 1930s druggist prescription books with completed forms, Hudson NY.  The pages came out of several books that I had purchased but fell apart or were loose.  This is all that I have left (see other listings for different dates).  I bought these fresh to market from Wardle Bros. drug store in Hudson in the early 1980s at auction.  Each page is filled with prescription forms, where doctors would write prescriptions for the patient to take to a drug store.  Many have the Doctors name and/or the druggists advertising on it.  They can be soaked off in warm water, or can be kept as is.  Many old Hudson NY druggists and physicians / doctors represented - Wardle Brothers, John L. Edwards, Skinner, Early, Whitbeck, Collins, Galster, Van Hoesen, etc., mostly from Hudson but I saw one from Albany, Germantown, Poughkeepsie, Stottville, Albany Memorial Hospital, and Philmont .  Edges are worn and tattered, and some forms are impacted, but a great variety.   Shipping is .00.  Will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
