3917291 Cylinder Head Set.  These have been fully rebuilt with all new guides, New 1.94-1.5 Valves, Z-28 Springs, Keepers, New Seals, Hardened Exh seats, Valve job done on a new Rottler SG9MTS, Magnafluxed and Resurfaced with CBN cutter.
These are date coded D107 and D247 (Apr 10th and 24th 1967)
