Shipping to U.S. addresses is unless otherwise noted. I will combine multiple orders to save you money.
Shipping to Foreign addresses will be calculated at actual cost but will be no lower than .20 USD. I will use the most economical shipping method possible and combine orders. Please be aware that shipping costs can be substantial, so please use the eBay shipping calculator or inquire about the actual cost before bidding.
Orders under will be shipped via First Class Mail without tracking.
U.S. and Overseas Orders of -0 will be shipped with tracking and the additional cost will be passed on to you, the buyer.
Tracking requirements will be waived on request for buyers known to me who have a feedback score of 100 or higher or who can provide me with a valid APS membership number or membership number in a recognized philatelic society outside the United States. If you are a buyer known to me and wish to ship via standard mail, let me know before you pay. Tracking waivers are at my discretion.

Purchases made over a period of 15 days may be held for combined shipping. After that you need to pay for your order. Ebay automatically opens an unpaid item case at day 16 and your order will automatically be canceled if not paid three days later.
I will ship your order with 3 business days except when I am on vacation.
