    Up for sale is this great antique late 1800's or very early 1900's handwritten prescription written by the New Haven, Connecticut doctor, C. A. Lindsley
    .  The prescription includes chloroform and was to be filled at J. H. Klock Apothecary on Chapel St.  It measures approximately 3 3/8 inches by 5 1/4 inches.  It has some soiling and wear as depicted in the scans.  Please look at the photos to note the condition.
