Antique Lot Drug Pharmacy 1800's Receipts Prescriptions Apothecary Ephemera

Description

This is a special lot consisting of 60 pieces of ephemera from the late 1800's. All types of receipts, prescriptions, letters and some cancelled checks related to the drug and pharmacy industry primarily from the victorian era. The majority are 1860-1899 with roughly 4 having early 1900 dates. A few of the drugstore pieces have letters with envelopes and a few pieces are advertising (small brochure and ad). All in spectacular 125-150 year old condition, very well cared for over the years, a few have tears but overall outstanding. Many of the receipts are from the NE and NY and the east coast region with a few from elsewhere. If you need more info or pictures on anything please let me know.
There is also a piece related to piano rolls from Steinert and another regarding phonograph needles letters.
A unique ephemera lot, all pieces over 100 years old and in wonderful original condition. You got to love that quill pen penmanship!
