Antique Marinello Cold Cream Milk Glass HEXAGONAL Jar Circa 1930 SET of 4

Really unique set of FOUR Marinello brand cold cream jars, likely sold originally through a Kansas beauty salon or supply, and stored for nearly 100 years.  Each jar has its own lid, and screws on smoothly.
Note that these are six-sided jars, and that the name is produced on two of the sides of the jars.  Similarly, the lid is embossed with the name. The maximum width of the jars from "point to point" is 4 1/2", the height with the is just under 2 1/2".  Really large jars compared to our 'modern' tiny things!
The diameter of the lid is 4 inches.  Each jar  weighs about 1 lb, per my scale.  Really special and substantial jars and in great shape!
If you are a collector, you know the story of this entrepreneurial woman, who created not only this cold cream, but many other beauty products and eventually a chain of salons and schools.  Fun to see how carefully these were saved...just for you.
