RARE FANCY ANTIQUE HYNSON, WESTCOTT & DUNNING BALTIMORE, MD ADVERTISING MEDICAL TUBE TESTING DEVICE IN WOODEN CASE
This is a rare antique medical device that fits snuggly inside a beautiful wooden box. This device consists of 11 tubes inside a wooden frame with different levels to test the test tube that fits next to them. Device fits securely inside the outer wooden box to protect the device. That box is marked by the maker on a tag on the side. The maker is Hynson, Westcott & Dunning out of Baltimore, MD. The end has a nice slide-on wooden attachment and a fancy floral designed latch on the side as well. Very nicely constructed piece. Seems to be in excellent condition overall for its age with just some light natural wear present. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Box measures 8 and 1/4" long by 3.5" wide by about 1" thick.
