Dated 1969 L88 ZL1 427 BBC Rectangle Aluminum Heads 3946074 074 (Modified) 3-28-69   10-9-69
Complete pair of heads to rebuild. These are decent heads with good dates but they have been milled on intake runner side. Don't know why but they did it and was running 1/8" spacer plate which is included with these heads. There is a slight polish on intake runners. Exhaust runners are ported and polished. Combustion chambers look factory and untouched. Spark plug holes are nice with factory threads. There are some helicoils installed for intake and exhaust threaded holes. One weld repair for just one rocker arm stud stand. All others are perfect and untouched. Head decks are milled but you can still see corner markers so not to bad. Overall heads are good but you might have to use the intake spacers (maybe). The spacer plates look like the ones used to adapt a tall deck intake to a regular short deck block. Good clear part #, dates and snow flakes.
