When each calender is put together the characters will pop out just like a pop up, 3-D book. Calendars are in new excellent clean condition, no marks, no stains, and no smells, only the outside envelope has wear from storage over the past 41 years. I did not even pull the calendars out for the photos! Set includes 12 seperate standee calendars for the year, which can either be hung or put on the supplied easel. Each calender has numerous pop up figures in a different arrangement celebrating the month. The envelope measures 10" by 15", the standees inside are only slightly smaller. Set is for the serious Pooh Collector, as I see not a single other set or reference anywhere on the internet, not a one! Selling as found.
