Description
Vintage Early 1900's Unopened Box of 'Queen Meadow Leaves'. These were also known as 'Eupatorium Purpureum Lin. Made by the Chester E. Gould House of Malden, Mass, USA. It's an unopened box that's been slightly damaged. In the day, theseleaves were considered a mild diuretic in the treatment of urinary disorders.
If you collect early pharmaceuticals, these would make a nice addition to your collection!
Beautiful red box is packed with leaves. Contains 1 ounce.
These original 1900's bottles and containers were located with other bottles in my grandfathers storage facility I am cleaning out and listing bottles. Check out my other auctions and buy-it-now items. My grandfather was a MIT graduate dabbling in Pharmaceuticals when achieving an Electrical Engineering degree.
