Emerson Drug Co. Cobalt Glass Bromo-Seltzer Dispenser. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. About 4 in wide 6 in deep and 9.5 in high does not have the bottle it looks like it's in good condition to me. Did see a mark in the corner of the glass not sure if that's a crack or not it's on the bottom where it's embossed. Might be manufacturing the glass is hand blown and it doesn't look deep  check the last picture
