Greyhound Standing PIN Pewter Sighthound jewelry by GG Harris 1997

Description

This is a fine pewter Greyhound pin made by GG Harris in 1997. Never worn. Put away with my Greyhound things. It measures 1-3/4" wide by about 1-3/8" high.
Never exposed to smoke, perfume, or scent of any kind.
After losing my 4th Greyhound before the age of 6, I couldn't do it again. I raised all 4 from puppies and thought they would be healthy, but they were not. Osteosarcoma at age 4-1/2, major stroke at 6, neurological at 5-1/2 and then a NexGard flea chew killed my last one at just 6 with kidney failure.
So, as much as my heart belongs to Greyhounds I cannot take a chance with another. I have lost 20 dogs, but seeing these wonderful hounds all die so young broke my heart.
This is a wonderful pin and I hope someone else who also loves the breed will enjoy it.
