    Description

    1. Description
    This 12G SDI TX&RX MINI BOX are fiber optic serial digital video transmission units that offer the industry's broadest range of digital rates 11.88Gbps bandwidth while maintaining the signal quality that broadcasters demand.
    The transmitter accepts a 75ohm BNC input and converts it into an optical stream via a standard ST connector and local 75ohm BNC out.
    The transmitter BNC include equalization and reclocker for long lengths of coaxial cable, so you can use them at nearly any point in your SDI chain.
    The receiver unit reconverts the uncompressed signal back to two BNCs output.
    Both the transmitter and receiver modules include LED indicators to display Power On, SDI signal presence and optical fiber presence. The units use +5 TO 30V power supply

    5. Installation
    Connect the provided DC power supplies to the power socket of the transmitter and receiver
    Connect SDI cable between the SDI video source and the transmitter BNC input
    Connect SDI cable between the receiver BNC output and the SDI video monitor or SDI DVR
    Connect ST fiber between the transmitter and the receiver ST Receptacle
