    Description

    Low Model T Ford low head, no Made in USA (that started in 1912).  This has been milled and is straight. Light sanding was done for clearance of domed high compression pistons with the head on the block with no gasket; there was good clearance with a gasket, but a light touch without, so it was smoothed for safety.  There was a spot on the outside of the water jacket on the contact surface that was built up slightly with brazing prior to milling to allow a shallower milling cut.  The inside of the engine was sealed from corrosion. This was on a very good running 1911 engine.
