    Sautee onions until they turn golden.

    Add organic buckwheat kernels and sautee with onions for 5-7 minutes. Stir regularly to prevent kernels from burning.

    Pour water with bouillon cubes into the pan and bring to a boil.

    Add sliced mushrooms and stir carefully before covering the saucepan and reducing heat to a simmer.

    Cook for about 10-15 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
