THE STUDENT PRINCE
, Souvenir Program.  The musical first opened in NYC on 12/02/24 and ran for 608 performances.  The show enjoyed a 42 perfromance revival in 1931 and another 153 performance run in 1943.  All productions were produced by the Shuberts.  The cover features artwork of the show.  Inside are some production photos, history of the show, synopsis, character list and musical numbers list.  No cast is listed but the photos seem to be from the 1924 production -- which does not indicate that this program is from that production.  Music by Sigmund Romberg, lyrics and book by Dorothy Donnelly.  Entire production under the personal supervision of J.J. Shubert.  The program is complete.

Souvenir programs are 9 x 12 inches but may vary somewhat in size.
Condition is very good with some surface wear, soiling, light vertical fold and thumb tack holes in the two upper corners.
CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
