It is made of stainless steel making it very durable and long lasting. You can store around 20 pans in it. The pan rack is 38.5 inches high, 20.2 inches long and 26 inches wide. Sheet pan rack has 4 swivel polyolefin double face casters with brakes that make it easy to transport it around. It is approved.
