We really like these. They are not as "heavy" as some of the bean pastas (chick pea, lentil, etc.). They are not the same as wheat pasta, but they are very good in their own right. They have a nice flavor, and they don't get mushy or stick together.

I thought I was going to get just plain, Organic Quinoa but I got 'Organic Quinoa' elbow macaroni. It isn't as easy to cook though, it does taste good.
