    HEAVY use wear and bends.  Paper is deteriorating especially at the top.  This is a vintage item with heavy aging and use wear.  I guess it to be WWII era and the program mentiones air raid warnings. See photos enlarged for details.  Opened it measures approx. 10" X 8".
