Vintage Glycerin & Spirit of Camphor Two Different Labels Box
This item is a vintage box containing two different old drugstore labels. The majority of labels are for Glycerin U.S.P. and the remainder for Spirits of Camphor.  The labels were made by Missouri Box and Label Co, St. Louis Mo.
We are puzzled if the box originally contained both from the box manufacturer...we don't know for sure. Both box ends have the labels showing. One is for Glycerin while the other is Spirits of Camphor. The druggist may have added one to another? The placement of the end box labels is done very well...anyway, you will be getting two different labels on this box.
The labels measure about 2 1/2 X 1 1/2 inches. They are in excellent condition and have been well protected by the outer box. The labels do not stick together and slide apart easily.  The labels have little, if any curve, to them.
We did not attempt to count the labels...there are a lot in the box.  It appears that about 75-80% are Glycerin and the rest Spirits of Camphor.
