Beautiful antique laboratory/apothecary metric weight set. My by the Empire Laboratory Supply Company of New York. Solid light mahogany box contains 8 brass weights and a set of fractional weights.
Box measures 4" long x 2" deep x 1 3/8" tall. Brass weights are 50gm, 2 x 20gm, 10gm, 5gm, 2 x 2gm and 1gm. Also includes a pair of brass tweezers and fractionals are covered with a glass plate. Box retains its original finish and purple felt inside the lid is original too. Felt pads on bottom for easier handling. Great for a collection or to use. Shipping weight approximately 1 pound.
